DAY 1 - KNOW WHERE YOU ARE
Before getting anywhere, we need a map to locate where we are first. Evaluating your level of frustration, fear and anxiety will give you a framework to evaluate your progress so you will know when your objective will be reached successfully.
DAY 2 - LIGHT PROTECTION
Learn how to protect yourself energetically from outside negativity or people's behavior that makes you feel vulnerable, unsafe, or unhappy.
Listen to the Guided Visualization, then complete the exercises below. "May the Force be with you!"
Step 1 - Listen to the recording while you can be undisturbed and not driving or operating instruments since you will experience theta wave brain (hypnosis)
